Project TASC is a resource to enhance the effectiveness of State Commissions in the fulfillment of their mandated missions as well as the management and administration of their AmeriCorps sub-grantees.

Project TASC is committed to the principles of collaborative problem-solving and building an increasingly effective service delivery system. We work with Commissions to address critical organization-specific needs and with clusters and CNCS to address system-wide needs.

Assistance is provided through a variety of methods which include phone, on-site visits, tele-video and phone conference calls, online threaded discussion, research of useful materials and sharing of best practices.
