There is flexibility in how a project plan can be developed depending on the number of VISTAs, sites, and management considerations of the prime (sponsor).

Mentoring (DOC)
This mentoring project plan sample packet includes an excerpt from the project narrative (application), a three year logic model, the project plan sample in a version that mimics eGrants and the same example in the project plan application format.
Job Retraining (DOC)
The job training project plan sample packet includes a three-year logic model to provide context and three sample project plans in a format that mimics eGrants. Each project plan represents a year in the life of the project.
Homeownership (DOC)
The homeownership project plan sample packet includes three one-year logic models with three different but related goals, all for the first year of the project, and the corresponding project plan composed of three action plans (one for each goal).
