Project STAR: VISTA Performance Measurement

As of September 25th, 2008, VISTA modified its approach to tracking and documenting program accomplishments. As described in the application and guidance documents, programs will develop project plans that measure milestones, or annual results. In addition to contacting your state office, review the VISTA documents on this website, especially the VISTA Toolkit and sample project plans, for assistance.
