Watch these audio-visual tutorials to learn how to develop and implement performance measurement. We recommend you download the companion material below and look it over before watching each tutorial. We also recommend you download the “toolkit” and keep it as a reference:

CNCS Approach to Performance Measurement
This tutorial explains the issue areas and service categories, the three measure categories, and introduces you to basic performance measurement terms. This tutorial also includes a short 7-question quiz.
