Operations Handbook

NOTICE: This handbook, issued in April 2002, does not reflect changes in the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program regulations published in the Federal Register on February 14, 2002, concerning (a) improving access to persons with limited English proficiency and (b) the elimination of the requirement that 25% of the amount of the Corporation's grant funds had to be spent for volunteer cost reimbursements. The amended regulations may be found in Title 45 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Subtitle B, part 2553.
