WBRS Transition Resources

Welcome to the WBRS transition resource page. We appreciate your help in
contributing additional resources for financial reporting, progress reporting,
and timekeeping as they are developed. If you have a resource to share, e-mail
it to ReportingPractice@cns.gov.
Timeline for Member Management: we will let you know as soon as we have a date for the release of the member management functions in the portal. WBRS will be available at least until the end of September 2008. All transactions with Trust implications (i.e. enrolling and exiting members) will take place in the My AmeriCorps portal once the release takes place.
All member management functionality, except for timesheets, will be
available in the My AmeriCorps portal. If you can currently do something
in WBRS, you will be able to complete the same action in My AmeriCorps.
You may stop using WBRS to record member time and attendance at any
point between now and then.
However, remember that changes in practice should be accompanied by
changes in policy.
Timeline for Progress Reporting: Prime grantees (state commissions and
national grantees) will use eGrants to submit their progress report in
December 2007, but sub-grantees and sub sites may still use WBRS.
WBRS Transition Timing Update
We expect that the anticipated release date will be later than expected due to
our recent challenges. As soon as we have a clear date for this release, we
will let you know. WBRS will continue to be available until at least September 30,
and possibly after that date, depending upon the date of Release 3.
