The material covers accounting systems, cost allocation, time and
attendance, internal controls, policies and procedures, and risk-based
monitoring. These topics were selected because historical data revealed
that programs commonly implement insufficient practices to address them.
This session is intended for program directors and fiscal staff. While
part of the session focuses on some financial management requirements
that are not required of EAPs, other programmatic information is relevant to EAPs.
