Ten units, developed for middle and early high school students, address beliefs and attitudes about violence and prejudice, student diversity, and the role of contributing factors such as the media and institutional prejudice in perpetuating hate crimes. Divided into modules with lessons and activities that are appropriate for school or youth organization settings. Guidelines for use and learning objectives are provided.
