RSVP of Scioto County (OH) serves a rural county of over 76,000 citizens. Approximately 25% of these residents are 55 years of age or older. We serve 50 different organizations helping them to meet the needs of the county. We have served Scioto County since 1973. We are sponsored by Scioto Christian Ministry, Inc, (an eucumenical group of churches) which also oversees West End Child Care and Operation SafetyNet (Scioto County's Homeless Shelter).
