The Black Hills Foster Grandparent Program connects volunteers age 60 and over with children and young people with exceptional needs. Foster Grandparents serve children in a variety of different settings, such as, elementary schools, Head Starts, early Head Starts, after school programs, programs for children with developmental disabilities and other stations where communities identify a need. Children with receive the extra social, emotional, and academic support they need to achieve success.
