U.S. public and private, nonprofit health-related organizations, academic universities and centers, hospitals, clinics, schools and community health centers, libraries, public health facilities, and units of state, local, or federal government may apply for grants to purchase computer hardware and software, Internet-based library services, website development, e-mail capabilities, and staff training.
