Playback or Download?
You have the option to either play the recording back or download it first and then play it. The difference between the two is that playback will stream the recording from the Centra server, and the speed will be dependent upon how busy the Centra server is. You may experience some pauses and delay during playback. The other function will download the entire recording onto your computer so that when you play it back, there will be less interference.Once it has been saved onto your computer, double click on it to play.
