My AmeriCorps Training and User Support Resources

My AmeriCorps is an online space designed to help applicants, members, and alumni, as well as those who support them, track benefits and access resources in support of their service. In order to maximize the effectiveness of the system, several resources for training and support will be provided.

My AmeriCorps aims to:

  • improve administration of service through a more user-friendly, self-service web presence
  • convert most paper forms to electronic equivalent
  • facilitate a seamless applicant approval and placement process
  • improve access to timely and critical information
  • enable CNCS and related entities to process requests in a timely manner

My AmeriCorps has been developed and will be implemented in three phases or “releases,” with each building upon the previous. Additional users and functionality will be added and the user groups and training materials will reflect this with each implementation.
